Rheumatoid Arthritis

Turmeric with Fenugreek reduce Rheumatoid Factor levels

It took less than 12 months to see the reduction in my Rheumatoid Factor (RF) level. Although, my RF level is not within the healthy range yet, but my light symptoms of soreness and numbness are gone

Cholesterol

It took more than 12 months to reduce my cholesterol level to a healthy range
